We had a great Thanksgiving week and enjoyed all the traditional foods but we are both ready to get back to our regular meals!

Monday-C is traveling so I'll be eating left overs (chicken, kale, corn casserole)
Tuesday-chicken and veggie soup
Wednesday-Shrimp and veggies, served over quinoa
Thursday-chili with black beans and homemade bread
