We've got a short week here as we leave for San Diego on Friday (so excited!) but here's what's on the menu:
Monday: chicken and veggie fried rice-I made too much last time so chicken, veggies and rice are already prepped and in the freezer.
Tuesday: steak and roasted Brussels sprouts
Wednesday: left overs/clean out the fridge before we leave
Thursday: ditto

You might be interested in some recipes that Lucie and I have been making lately,I can type them up for you if you want (be aware they use metric measurements though). One great one was chicken thighs cooked in a shallot, pancetta and white wine sauce, and another was a Moroccan-style chicken and butternut squash stew (a tangia) served with cous cous. Lucie also has an outstanding shepherd's pie recipe you may like (best I have ever had), must be authentic if it comes from an English girl.
Grant, we would love your recipes! I'm thinking they could be a great post and we love trying new things.
